The Table of Entities of the Third Social Sector of Catalonia and the technological cooperative Kloosiv , with the support of social entities and organizations of the social and solidarity economy, have developed the 'Integra' tool. The initiative has been designed to accompany people who are immersed in the process of extraordinary regularization of people in the State, as well as the entities and organizations that accompany them, lightening the administrative burden and facilitating the procedure. Thus, the 'Integra' tool allows people, entities and organizations to initiate and manage regularization files autonomously, accessible and free of charge through more than ten languages and at no economic cost. First, the person answers an initial questionnaire that determines compliance with the requirements. If so, the tool automatically generates a digital file with a unique code. Using this code, the person, entity or organization that accompanies them can access the file, review the documentation and continue the processing in an orderly manner. At all times, the 'Integra' tool indicates the steps to follow, the pending documents or the exact point of the procedure. In addition, the information is auditable and the process is documented, providing legal certainty, both to the people served and to professionals. In this sense, the 2026 extraordinary regularization process is an exceptional process aimed at migrants who are in an irregular situation or applicants for international protection who have arrived in the State before January 1, 2026. Following the publication of the Royal Decree, the deadline for submitting applications will be extended until next Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
